Get In Line

This is a “great get to you know you” game. If needed, variations can be done for teams that know each other well to deepen the relationships.

How You Play:

  • Inform the group that they cannot talk from this point forward until you give them permission.
  • Have the group get in a line. If in a conference room, work in clockwise fashion around the table.
  • Tell them they must, in silence, get in order by first name.
  • Do not allow them to write on any medium, paper, maker board, etc.

Once they successfully complete this challenge, you can give the following line up tasks: line up by birthday month, height, number of years at work, etc.

For deeper relationships, try using middle names, by hobby interest, etc.
