Administrative Assistant (Full-time)
We are looking for a dedicated team player with an upbeat attitude and excellent organizational skills to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant. As part of the Customer Care team, they will seek to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of those who encounter our company. An ideal candidate possesses the abilities to communicate effectively, multitask in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet guests and visitors and make them feel comfortable
- Prepare contracts, issue invoices, and ensure payment for events
- Greet guests and visitors and make them feel comfortable
- Help Event Consultant with overflow calls and tasks when needed
- Sort and properly distribute incoming mail and packages
- Handle cash, check, and credit card payments on a daily basis
- Perform data entry
- Troubleshoot when issues occur in our system
- Maintain, organize and order general office supplies
- Keep track of lost and found and donate when needed
- Assist Business Manager on projects when needed
- Be available to assist others on the team with printing, copying, laminating, etc.
Requirements
- High school degree; college degree preferred.
- Proven administrative skills
- An enjoyment of administrative work
- Task-oriented with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Capable of handling sensitive financial information in a confidential manner
- Passion for serving others
