With Team Challenge, your group can discover what makes teams successful, inviting participants to celebrate their strengths and challenging them to address areas needing improvement. Guided by our trained facilitators, team members share ideas and solve problems together, learn the positive behaviors to be collaborative, and set the team on a path for higher performance. Each activity is followed by a light debrief that allows groups to discuss how to apply what they have discovered to achieve more productive teamwork.
The most common obstacle to effective teamwork is poor communication. To help teams become more effective and productive, Group Dynamix has designed the Communication Lab event to engage participants in an interactive process of experimentation, testing, observing, and sharing. This “learning through discovery” process enables teams to identify their weakness and devise plans for improvement in communication. Integral to this discovery process is an awareness of how your team members are wired. We recommend a DiSC® assessment which identifies the way people are motivated based on individual styles and behaviors.
