Group Dynamix’s newest game has quickly become our favorite “tag” event. With the popularity of archery on the rise due to blockbuster films like “The Hunger Games” series and “The Avengers,” and new TV shows like “Arrow” and “Revolution,” Group Dynamix offers a thrilling program that involves shooting and “tagging” opponents called BowTag.
Surprisingly, being hit with an arrow isn’t painful, but that doesn’t take away the excitement of avoiding being shot or shooting others. Choose from a variety of “bows and arrows” scenarios including Zombie Wars, Medieval Games, Capture the Flag, and Archery Team Tournament. Going against everything you were taught as a child, imagine that you can now point an arrow at someone and let it fly! It’s fun, it’s thrilling, and it’s highly memorable!
How is it played?
Typically, players form two teams and engage in dodge ball-style archery battles. The two teams start at opposite ends of the field and may go anywhere on their side of the safe zone. Their goal is to successfully shoot and hit members of the opposing team, while avoiding being hit themselves. Several different scenarios can be played to increase the challenge level and fun.
