Team Up! is a win/win/win for teams looking for ways to increase productivity, encourage greater motivation, and have a great time. Through an interactive process, members explore the dynamics of teamwork and the key elements that grow successful teams. Guided by our skilled facilitators, groups use “action learning” activities to experience teamwork firsthand. Communication Lab
The most common obstacle to effective teamwork is poor communication. To help teams become more effective and productive, Group Dynamix has designed the Communication Lab event to engage participants in an interactive process of experimentation, testing, observing, and sharing. This “learning through discovery” process enables teams to identify their weakness and devise plans for improvement in communication.
