This is a Global Footer that is editable in Beaver Builder (Saved Rows). This could be a banner that spans every page, a testimonial section or even replace the footer widgets of the site.
This is added to pages via the functions.php file and can be disabled there or the content can simply be removed.
Use Wordpress conditionals if you want to exclude this footer from a specific page, template, etc.
