Do you have a newly formed group that needs to bond or an established one that simply wants to re-connect? We specialize in fostering those connections and helping you build those relationships, even when we can’t be face to face. Our virtual Building Connections program is intentionally designed to provide a fun and engaging environment aimed at cultivating group growth and deepening relationships.
The fun begins the moment you connect online and kicks off with our warm-up series of activities for the entire group. We will strategically employ the Zoom breakout rooms to maximize connections in smaller groups, allowing for more opportunities to be heard, seen, and understood. Let us work to help you achieve your desired outcomes with a program tailored to build your group.
Your group will log out having learned and laughed out loud. Time spent building connections will always benefit far beyond the experience.
Virtual Puzzle Quest
Are you looking for a way to boost your group, build camaraderie and encourage effective collaboration? Welcome to Puzzle Quest, a “virtual,” interactive team building event that uses friendly competition and unique collaborative puzzle-based challenges to achieve your goals of building relationships, enhancing cooperation, and expanding overall teamwork.
Puzzle Quest opens with engaging activities to warm up your group for competition. Then once the group is divided into 6-person teams, utilizing Zoom breakout rooms, the Quest begins. Every team is challenged to journey through a variety of puzzles to complete in an allotted time. The only way to beat the clock is to maximize your team’s efficiency. This virtual team building program is interesting, insightful and a ton of fun!
Virtual Team Olympix
Are you looking for a way to re-energize the troops and build camaraderie and, most importantly, encourage your group to operate as an efficient team? Welcome to Team Olympix, a “virtual,” interactive team building event that uses friendly competition and unique team-based games and challenges to achieve your goals of building relationships, enhancing collaboration, and improving overall teamwork.
Team Olympix begins with a fun set of warm-up games to get everyone ready to compete. We then assign teams of 6 to 12 members; alternatively we’ll work from your submitted roster. Each team creates its team name and cheer.
Then it’s off to the virtual Olympix stadium where teams face off in an entertaining series of challenges. Be advised -- working as a team is the operating principle; therefore, the best teamwork earns the best score.
Virtual Island Rescue
Do you want to be a more unified, collaborative and productive team? If that’s a goal, then welcome to Island Rescue, a “virtual,” interactive team building program that requires cooperation, collaboration, and coordination — not competition — among all team members.
Participants compare and share wit, wisdom, and resources to overcome obstacles and challenges in their virtual journey to collect valuable “totem masks” in their escape from a mysterious island. To earn masks, they must use teamwork to navigate through a series of obstacles, pitfalls and setbacks all designed to slow their progress in getting off the island. All members collect, share, and contribute ideas and solutions for the group to win as one.
Virtual Communication Lab
The most common obstacle to effective teamwork is poor communication. To help teams bridge the communication gap and become more effective and productive, Group Dynamix has designed the Communication Lab, a “virtual,” interactive team bonding workshop that engages participants in a process of learning, experimenting, observing, and sharing. Using the DiSC® assessment tool, participants learn about their communication and workplace styles and discover how to better connect and effectively work with each other.
Communication Lab is a powerful program that helps your team members:
- Discover their own workplace DiSC® style by recognizing the priorities, motivators, and stress triggers that drive the workplace experience.
- Understand other styles by resolving the differences, similarities, and challenges when working with different DiSC styles.
- Build effective relationships by identifying strategies to make more meaningful connections with members of various styles and working more effectively to reduce tension, solve problems, and contribute positively to their team and organization.
Through the virtual team building activities, our skilled facilitators help participants experience their style differences firsthand. After a debrief, members share their experience, gaining valuable insights that will help understand others’ styles and bridge differences.
