Marketing Manager (Full-time)
Responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of all marketing endeavors for Group Dynamix, including communications, digital presence (website, social media, etc.), branding, creative initiatives, and customer and public relations, both external and internal.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Analyze market potential and profitability across key target groups.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost event sales.
- Conduct customer and competitor research to optimize offerings and positioning.
- Manage SEO efforts, website maintenance, and digital marketing in line with branding.
- Create and evaluate email and social media strategies to enhance engagement.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and customer testimonials.
- Maintain branding consistency and a comprehensive media library.
- Coordinate tradeshows and cross-marketing opportunities.
- Prepare annual marketing plans with clear goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Manage vendor relationships for creative projects.
- Report to the General Manager and Co-Owners.

- Degree in Marketing or other comparable path of study.
Helpful Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and other digital art software.
- Base knowledge of website development (WordPress), email marketing, and online forms ecosystems.
- Usable skills in writing, photography, videography, graphic design, or other creative areas.
- Familiarity with all social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Desire to grow skills and knowledge.
- Able to take feedback or criticism with grace and grow from the experience.
- Able to teach interns or other employees the skills or systems to achieve marketing goals.
