HOW IT WORKS
Our goal is to discover as much as we can from you so that we can meet you where your team is at, providing you with the best learning and most enjoyable experiences possible. Our expert event staff will listen to the needs of your group, and will personally tailor an event to your desired outcomes! So sit back, relax, and connect with your team in fun ways!
The Process is Simple
Step 1
Submit a request by filling out our inquiry form or call us at (972) 416-9646!
Step 2
One of our event consultants will reach out to you and collect any additional information related to your event and discuss a program that fits your goals. We will then send you a contract and an invoice that you can sign electronically.
Step 3
If you elect to move forward, a deposit is required to secure your date and time up to 30 days prior the event.
Step 4
A week before your event, one of our Event Consultants will send out a pre-event questionnaire to gather last minute details regarding your program.
Step 5
On the day of the event, the facilitator in charge of your program will touch base with the group sponsor upon arrival to our facility or the location of the event and collect any remaining balance. Enjoy your event!
