How many people can your facility and activity rooms accomodate?
Our entire facility can host up to 400 guests, with seating and tables available for up to 300. Each of our activity rooms can comfortably accommodate groups up to 60-150 guests, depending on room setup.
Can I rent an activity room or event space without booking team-building activities?
Yes! Youāre welcome to reserve our event spaces or activity rooms for meetings, parties, or gatheringsā no team-building activities required. For more details, click here.
Do your event spaces include tables, chairs, and AV equipment?
Yes! Tables, chairs, and AV equipment are available upon request. Simply let our team know what you need, and we'll ensure you have the necessary setup for presentations, music, and announcements.
Can we bring in outside food, drinks, or catering for our event?
Yes! We have an open food and beverage policy, so you're welcome to bring your own refreshments or arrange for delivery. Our convenient location off Belt Line means you'll have plenty of dining options nearby. When booking your event, let our team know if you'd like to schedule a food break so we can help structure your event timeline accordingly.
