Staffing Manager (Full-time)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive team member to oversee various aspects of event staffing, recruitment, and program development within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, team coordination, and program development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
1. Event Staffing Coordination
- Manage the availability and time-off requests of event staff members.
- Schedule staffing for events, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Assign Event Coordinators and Program Leads to events as needed.
- Regularly audit and update event calendars to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
2. Event Staff Recruitment and Development
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified event staff members.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new event staff, ensuring they are trained and well-prepared for their roles. This will include participation in planning for various trainings.
- Create and manage Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for each staff member, ensuring their growth and skill development align with organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support individual career progression.
3. Event Facilitation and Event Management
- Lead and participate in events whenever necessary.
- Manage the customization of large and specialized events to meet the unique requirements and expectations of clients or stakeholders.
- Coordinate with event teams to deliver high-quality, tailored event experiences.

- Proven experience in event coordination and management, including staff scheduling.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
