Thursday, April 23rd, 1:00-4:00PM
In this interactive, hands-on workshop, Dr. Chris Cavert equips educators, facilitators, and team leaders with practical tools to design team building experiences that create real learning and lasting impact. You’ll actively participate in engaging activities while learning how to design a program that improves communication, connection, and performance across groups.
Dr. Cavert goes beyond showing what activities to run by breaking down the why behind them—exploring the role of the facilitator, how grouping and design choices influence learning, and how to align activities with desired outcomes and behaviors. You’ll leave with a clearer framework for purposeful programming, along with tools and resources you can immediately apply to your own groups.
