Office Assistant (Full-time)
We are looking for a dedicated team player with an upbeat attitude and excellent organizational skills to fulfill the role of Office Assistant. An ideal candidate possesses the abilities to communicate effectively, multitask in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts, issue invoices, and ensure payment for events.
- Data entry and maintaining data integrity.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and organizing.
- Handle cash, check, and credit card payments on a daily basis.
- Troubleshoot when issues occur in our system.
- Maintain, organize, and order general office supplies.
- Keep track of lost and found and donate when needed.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Business Manager.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
