Administrative Assistant (Full-time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage a wide range of administrative and customer service-related tasks. This role supports day-to-day operations across multiple departments, primarily within the customer care department.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the office receptionist by answering phone calls and directing walk-in visitors to their appropriate destinations.
- Act as a liaison between Group Dynamix and the external bookkeeper by supplying payroll, revenue and expense information.
- Organize and manage employee outings, birthdays, and milestones.
- Enter and update event and customer data.
- Assist Customer Care activities as directed.
- Create agendas and take team meeting notes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong administrative and verbal skills
- Computing skills
- Teachable
- Highly organized with attention to detail and discretion
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently
- Work experience preferred
