Unlimited snacks, water, and sodas are available for purchase at $4 per person for meetings at our Event Center. Additionally, you are welcome to have food delivered or catered at your event. Need a list of our preferred food vendors?

How do I book a meeting space?

You can either fill out an online inquiry form to receive a quote or you can reach out to our Event Consultant directly at (972) 416-9646.

 
What is the cost to reserve a meeting space?

Do you sell food and drinks?

We have snack vending machines, water fountains, and an ice machine in our facility. An additional refreshment packages can be ordered by your group during booking. You are also welcome to cater any outside food or drinks or have food delivered during your event. For a list of our preferred food vendors, click here.

 
Can we have alcohol at our event?

Yes, and the simplest, least expensive way is to bring it in coolers.  If you want a caterer to serve it, the server must be TACB certified, and Group Dynamix must be added as an additional insured on the caterers liability policy.  If a group consumes alcohol, the group will not be permitted to use our upper ropes course.

 
Can you bring an event to our location?

Yes, we do provide portable events at a location of your choice. Please contact us for pricing and details at (972) 416-9646.

 
How far will you travel to do a portable event?

We can travel any distance to provide a portable event. However, additional fees may apply based on mileage from our facility as well as rental fees to transport equipment. Please contact us for pricing and details at (972) 416-9646.
